Why Buy Used from PAG Direct?

At PAG Direct, our goal is to provide an outstanding experience for clients seeking to purchase the highest-quality pre-owned vehicles – and do it on their own terms. As a premier dealer group comprised of 5 dealerships in southern Ontario, we are able to meet the needs of customers from across the province. Regardless of whether you live 500 kilometres away, or are simply stuck at the office, our team can complete your purchase remotely with transparency and security.

Purchase and Delivery

Once you’ve found your dream car in our inventory, you can schedule a video chat to learn about the features and condition of the vehicle. Our friendly, no-pressure Sales Consultants can walk you through easy financing options. And when you’re ready to lock it down, you can even leave your deposit online. Do you have a trade in? Great! We make it simple to send us your vehicle details for a no-obligation appraisal. You can then pick up your new vehicle at one of our dealer locations, or we will co-ordinate delivery right to your front door.

Peace of Mind

PAG Direct offers a 7 day or 1500km vehicle exchange program.* In instances where your purchase also qualifies for a manufacturer exchange program such as Hyundai H Promise or Toyota Certified (TCUV), you will receive the coverage of equal or greater value. All our vehicles are subject to a rigorous multi-point inspection to earn our PAG Direct Certified standard which meets or exceeds all OEM requirements.
